Cabin Counselor, Unit Leader, Nature Instructor, Riding Director, Waterfront Director, Arts & Crafts

General Qualifications: Candidates for staff positions have to enjoy working with children. Senior Staff Counselors must be eighteen years or older, preference is given to those that have had some experience in a resident camp, either as a leader or a camper. Certification such as Lifeguard Training; Community First Aid And CPR; Outdoor leadership; Horseback Riding Instructor (Certification by CHA or equivalent); and other related areas are desirable. Candidates must be able to work the entire camp season, which includes one week of staff training.

Small, private traditional camp. Experienced staff, GREAT FUN, wide range of activities with strong riding program. Campers choose own activities within general framework. Daily program separate with planned coed activities. Excellent food, nurse/doctor in residence. “Fun for Now, Skills for Life” is more than a motto, it exemplifies what we are and Falcon does. ACA accredited. Separate intro Young Adventures programs also available.
